TERMS, CONDITIONS & GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Menu prices are inclusive of buffet set up with skirtings, chaffing dishes, dinnerware, cutleries and serviettes.
  • Surcharge on menu prices applicable for orders below the minimum number of pax required, Please inquire in the applicable surcharge rates and the threshold minimum number of pax for each menu category. 
  • Kindly advise date, serving time, venue and order requirements for a quotation.
  • Upon confirmation of quotation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure booking of function. For convenience, deposit payment can be deposited into our bank account. Please email or fax us the deposit slip for verification. 
  • Balance of payment to be made at end of function by Cash or Cheque.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to change any item in the menu to another with equivalent value due to seasonality / availability.
  • We use only food suppliers and products that are certified Halal.
  • We seek your kind understanding in not serving and using any of our cutleries on non-Halal items during the function. 
  • On function day, Service Staff will arrive at least 1 hour before serving time to set up.
  • Delivery of Canopy & Furniture will tentatively be on the day prior to function day. Our contractor will contact customers 1 day prior to delivery day to confirm on delivery time and arrangements.
