FAQ - Catering Services with Buffet Set Up

What is included in your menu pricing?

  • Menu prices are inclusive of buffet set up with skirtings, chaffing dishes, dinnerware, cutleries and serviettes.

Any other charges besides the menu price?

  • Other charges are Service Staff and Transportation. Please inquire the rates.

Can I opt not to have Service Staff for my function?

  • Service Staff is compulsory charge as it is part of our Catering Services. We will provide buffet set up with skirtings, chaffing dishes, dinnerware, cutleries and serviettes. Service Staff will arrive at least 1 hour before your event serving time to set up. They will be at your event for up to 3 hours from Serving Time.

What is the notice period required in order for you to cater for my event?

  • We have the ability to cater with just a 24 hours notice. However, we generally advice customers to book as early as possible in order to secure their event dates or at least 7 days ahead to have sufficient time to plan smoothly for the event.

How should I proceed with the order?

  • Please provide your Billing name, address, venue, serving time, menu selection and number of pax. We will revert with a quotation with deposit details for confirmation.

How can I secure my booking?

  • Upon confirmation of quotation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure booking of function. For convenience, deposit payment can be made via Bank Fund Transfer into our bank account. Please email or whatsapp us the deposit slip for verification.

It is still early to confirm the final headcount for my event. When should I proceed?

  • You can request for a quotation based on your current number of pax. We will prepare a quotation with deposit details for your confirmation and to secure booking. Any increase in the number of pax can be done up to 3 days prior to event day.

When should I settle the balance payment?

  • Balance of payment to be made at end of function by Cash, Cheque or Bank Fund Transfer.

Can I order below the required minimum number of pax for the chosen menu option?

  • Surcharge on menu prices applicable for orders below the minimum number of pax required, Please inquire in the applicable surcharge rates and the threshold minimum number of pax for each menu category. We generally do not cater for less than 25 pax.

Are menu and prices quoted in this website subject to change?

  • Yes, menu and prices quoted in this website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change any item in the menu to another with equivalent value due to seasonality / availability.

Are you are Halal caterer?

  • We are in the midst of obtaining Halal certification. In the meantime, we use only food suppliers and products that are certified Halal. We seek your kind understanding in not serving and using any of our utensils and cutleries on non-Halal items during your function.

How much food should I order?

  • We portion our food according to the number of pax ordered. Where possible, please obtain RSVPs in order to establish an accurate headcount of guests for the event. We would generally advice customers to order enough and need not worry about insufficient food throughout the event. It is always better to have extras to cater for any unforeseen changes in the actual headcount.

Can I reduce the number of items in the menu?

  • Our menus are designed with a standard food portioning. It is for this reason that we have a min order number of items required for every menu. Any reduction in the number of items in a menu will affect the overall food portion and will likely run the risk of insufficient food during the function.

How long do you need to set up for my function?

  • On function day, Service Staff will arrive at least 1 hour before serving time to set up. For events where cooking on-site is required, we will arrive at least 2.5 hours before serving time.

Do you have Catering Package with FOC Canopy & Furniture Rental?

  • Unfortunately, we are not in the business of Canopy and Furniture Rental. We have a reliable Third Party Vendor for Canopy and Furniture Rental to complement our Catering Services.

When will the Furniture Rental Vendor deliver and set up Canopy & Furniture?

  • Delivery of Canopy & Furniture will tentatively be on the day prior to function day. Our contractor will contact customers 1 day prior to delivery day to confirm on delivery time and arrangements.

When will the Furniture Rental Vendor collect and dismantle Canopy & Furniture?
